Today we cracked open the gates to Meta’s developer ecosystem. No fluff. Just the raw groundwork for TriggerDM to start talking to Instagram’s Graph API.

Step one: wrangle a Meta dev account with the right permissions. Their portal is a maze, but we got through it. App created. Permissions granted. Docs devoured.

Then came the real move. We spun up our test account: @trigger_dm. This is our sandbox. Our lab. Our playground. We will be firing off API calls, catching webhook events, and stress-testing every trigger without touching anything live.

The goal is simple. Build an app that turns comment chaos into clean, automated DMs. Next up: wiring the backend to listen, react, and deliver.

TriggerDM is coming. And it is coming fast.
