The foundation is set. Today was about shaping the features creators will actually touch and the tools we need to keep it all running clean.

Account management comes first. Every creator needs a smooth way in and a clean way out. We mapped the flow for setting up new accounts with Instagram OAuth, locking down tokens, and subscribing to the right webhook events. Removal is just as important. When someone leaves, their data gets wiped and subscriptions shut down. No loose ends.

Spam protection matters. TriggerDM is built to empower creators, not flood feeds. We designed rate limits that track replies per account. That keeps Instagram’s API happy and stops accounts from getting flagged. Limits are configurable, watching both how many replies go out and how fast they’re sent.

Admin visibility is non‑negotiable. We sketched out a dashboard that shows system health in real time. Active accounts. Webhook events. API usage. Errors. Anomalies. If something breaks, we’ll see it. If something scales, we’ll know it. Observability is baked in from day one.
